Due to the process of high definition plasma cutting there is much less distortion in profile blanks along with a superior cutting edge, often meaning that no secondary operations are required and profiles come off the machine as a finished product. High Definition Plasma cutting offers a much superior edge finish to the traditional plasma cutting machines of old, the edge bevel has been virtually eliminated and an almost laser quality cut can be achieved from this machines.

Using our 260amp high definition plasma machine we are able to cut up-to 30mm thick stainless steel and 30mm thick mild steel.
