Hot Rolled produced to standard EN10025-2 : 2004

Mild steel S275 is the common carbon structural steel.Typical mild steel grades are described as S275 or S355. In these examples, 'S' denotes structural rather than engineering steel; 275 or 355 denotes the yeild strength  in newtons per square millimetre or the equivalent  megapascals  with a minimum specified yield stress of 275N/mm2.

 

Hot rolled sheet and plate is available from 1.5 to 25mm in S275 and S355 up to 2000mm wide in  both dry, pickled and oiled.
